Vacancies on Branch Council and Branch Executive

Nominations for the following positions can be lodged with the Australian Electoral Commission from Monday 11 July.
Remaining vacancies for Area Delegates and Alternate Delegates to 2022 Branch Council
Nominations are called for positions which are yet to be filled for General Division Area Delegates to Branch Council and Alternate General Division Delegates to Branch Council. Follow this link for the Election Notice and required number of delegates from each Area.
This election is being conducted by the Australian Electoral Commission (AEC) and members are required to complete the AEC Nomination Form. Nominations must be lodged with the Returning Officer, Australian Electoral Commission by no later than
12:00 noon on Tuesday 26 July 2022. Details of how to lodge nominations are on the
Nomination Form.
Branch Executive Officers for a term ending 31 December 2023 (Vacancies for one female and one male)
Nominations are called for positions which are yet to be filled for General Division Area Delegates to Branch Council and Alternate General Division Delegates to Branch Council. Follow this link for the Election Notice.
This election is being conducted by the Australian Electoral Commission (AEC) and members are required to complete the AEC Nomination Form. Please Note:
The Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act requires Branch Council Delegates and Alternate Delegates to complete union governance training. Delegates and Alternate Delegates who are elected for 2022 and who have not previously completed union governance training will be contacted by the AEU Training Unit with training session dates/times.
