This
introduction to applying for Department for Education Leadership
positions includes real advice, from real chairpersons and what they are
looking for in applications for positions.
We traverse the written applications, managing up with referees, your own development and interview skills.
This workshop has helped AEU members both find a way to start writing
their applications and refine their current application in the evolving
world of the merit selection processes.
Of course, the workshop advice is general but participants have informed
us time and time again that they hear new information each time and
using our advice, and feedback from panels, they continue to improve
their application 'package'.
