PAC is required to create a Human Resource Profile.
This session will explore an overview of Human Resource Profiles. Including why they are important,what they look like, what they are used for, and how to plan for the future using the information contained within them.
Human Resource Profiles are only one tool PAC use for planning human resource matters at site - however they tie in with ensuring 'resources' and industrial frameworks are met as well as the 'human' element of working together as staff.
