Leaders Workload - The tipping point?

Research backs up AEU member reports that leader workload is unsustainable. So, why is the employer not listening?

When workload reaches a tipping point - then what?

This forum will explore recommendations as put to the government based on anecdotal and research based evidence. Our discussion will centre on building professional voice as the key indicator of workload concerns.

Leaders are encouraged to join us for this session to share your experience and contribute to further action to make your workload sustainable.

Aims:

Build member leader base through workload topic.

Objectives:

1. Discuss current anecdotal and research based leaders workload concerns and recommendations
2. Explore how the goodwill of leaders could be undermining workload improvement measures
3. Commit to next steps in relation to leaders workload.
